Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Dan Kualitas Layanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem Informasi Keuangan (Studi Kasus Pegawai Keuangan Universitas Telkom)

Abstrak

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi khususnya teknologi sistem informasi menjadi sangat pesat karena dianggap penting bagi keberlangsungan hidup perusahaan ataupun perbankan. Perusahaan atau perbankan mulai mengembangkan dan memberikan perhatian khusus pada teknologi sistem informasi khususnya sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis komputer (accounting software) untuk memperlancar arus informasi perusahaan ataupun perbankan. Universitas Telkom yang sedang berkembang ikut serta dalam pengguna sistem informasi yaitu sistem informasi keuangan (SIMKUG). Dalam keseharian pegawai, penggunaan SIMKUG masih jarang digunakan jika ditinjau dari penggunaan SIMKUG sehari-hari oleh pegawai. Sehingga mempengaruhi dari kepuasan pengguna. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini pun adalah kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna secara parsial maupun simultan . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, dengan teknik penyebaran kuisioner dimana hanya pengguna SIMKUG yang dijadikan sampel objek penelitian. Kemudian diperolehlah 30 responden sebagai pengguna SIMKUG. Data pun diperoleh menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas sistem terhadap kepuasan pengguna SIMKUG. Sedangkan kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Kemudian secara simultan kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan Bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikanterhadap kepuasan pengguna SIMKUG. In everyday life, including the use of SIMKUG is still rarely used when viewed from the use of SIMKUG a daily basis by the employee, and that affects of the satisfaction of users. Variables are independent in this study is the quality of the system, the quality of information and quality of service. Variables are dependen in the study is also is the satisfaction of users. This study aims to know the effect of the quality system, the quality of information and quality of service to the satisfaction of users in partial or simultaneous. The research method used is the analysis of the regression risks, by using the spread of the questionnaire only where users SIMKUG as the object of research. Then diperolehlah 30 respondents as the user SIMKUG. The data was obtained using the research in the form of a questionnaire. The results in partial shows that there are a significant influence between the quality of the system to the satisfaction of users SIMKUG. While the quality of information and the quality of services are not there is a significant influence on the satisfaction of users, and then simultaneously the quality of the system, the quality of information and quality of service Together, they have influence signifikanterhadap the satisfaction of users SIMKUG.
