Informasi Akademik Raport Online Berbasis Website Di Smp Telkom Bandung

Abstract

Abstrak Sistem informasi akademik adalah suatu sistem yang dibuat untuk mempermudah kegiatan administrasi akademik di sekolah, dimana data diatur secara online. Namun pada umumnya sistem nilai raport siswa di sekolah masih menggunakan manual dan belum adanya pengecekan nilai secara online. Pada proses pengolahan nilai akan lebih baik jika ada sarana untuk para siswa dalam melakukan pengecekan nilai secara online dengan begitu penyampaian informasi nilai kepada siswa akan lebih cepat. Maka dalam proyek akhir ini dibuat Informasi Akademik Raport Online Berbasis Website di SMP Telkom Bandung yang dapat mengelola dan menampilkan data nilai raport siswa, informasi data guru, siswa, kelas, mata pelajaran, foto siswa dan NIS (Nomer Induk Siswa). Perancangan desain database untuk Informasi Akademik Raport Online Berbasis website terdiri dari beberapa unsur yaitu teks, gambar, bahan dan materi penelitian dan diproses dengan menggunakan software bentuk databasenya MySql, bahasa pemrograman berbasis Web HTML dan PHP. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem informasi yang dibuat berfungsi untuk mengelola dan menampilkan data nilai raport siswa, menyampaikan informasi siswa untuk mengetahui nilainya tanpa harus menghubungi guru yang bersangkutan. Dapat juga dimanfaatkan sebagai media informasi langsung kepada orang tua siswa. Kata Kunci: Informasi Akademik berbasis Website, MySql, PHP, SMP Telkom Bandung. Abstract Academic information system is a system created to facilitate academic administrative activities in schools, where data is organized online. But in general the student report card grades at school still use manuals and there is no online marking. In the process of processing grades it would be better if there were facilities for students to check grades online so that the delivery of value information to students would be faster. So in this final project a Website-Based Online Report Card Academic Information at Telkom Bandung Bandung can manage and display student report card grades, teacher, student, class, subject, student photo, and student ID photos. Database design design for Academic Information Online Report Card Based on the website consists of several elements, namely text, images, materials and research material and is processed using MySql database form software, Web-based programming languages HTML and PHP. Based on the results of testing the information system that is created functions to manage and display student report card grades, convey student information to find out its value without having to contact the teacher concerned.
