Perancangan Dan Realisasi Alat Pemantau Lokasi Anak Menggunakan Modul Gprs Dan Gps

Abstract

Abstrak Penculikan anak saat ini sering terjadi di Indonesia. Hal ini membuat para orang tua khawatir kepada anaknya pada saat mereka berada ditempat yang jauh dari pantauan orang tua. Selain itu, kurangnya keamanan dari orang tua terhadap anak juga ikut serta mempengaruhi peningkatan kasus penculikan anak. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pendekatan untuk monitoring keberadaan anak agar dapat mengantisipasi terjadinya tindak kejahatan terhadap anak. Pada Proyek Akhir kali ini, telah dirancang alat pemantau lokasi anak menggunakan modul GPS (Global Positioning System) dan GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) berbasis Mikrokontroler. Langkah-langkah pengujian Proyek Akhir ini meliputi proses pencarian titik koordinat keberadaan anak, pengiriman titik koordinat yang didapatkan, dan penyimpanan data pada server yang akan diteruskan pada smartphone. Diterapkannya Sistem GPS pada aplikasi GPS Trackerterbukti dapat mengetahui letak titik koordinat lokasi anak dengan akurasi data sama dengan lokasi Google Maps. This makes parents worried about their children when they are in a place far from their parents' monitoring. In addition, the lack of security from parents to children also contributes to the increase in child abduction cases. Therefore, an approach is needed to monitor the existence of children in order to anticipate the occurrence of crimes against children. In this Final Project, a child location monitoring tool has been designed using a Microcontroller based GPS (Global Positioning System) and GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) module. The steps of testing this Final Project include the process of finding the coordinates of the child's existence, sending the coordinates of the points obtained, and storing data on the server that will be forwarded to the smartphone. The implementation of the GPS system on the GPS Tracker application is proven to be able to find out the location data accuracy is the same as the location of Google Maps.
