Peranan Media Sosial Dalam Meningkatkan Omset Restoran Padang Sederhana Jakarta Pusat Selama Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang peranan media sosial yang memiliki keunggulan tersendiri dalam penyebaran informasinya yang cepat. Dikala pandemi Covid-19 banyak pemilik usaha yang harus mengalami kerugian karena menurunnya daya beli. Salah satunya terjadi pada Restoran Padang Sederhana (SA) Jakarta Pusat. Masakan padang memang memiliki penggemar dari berbagai kalangan, dari sekian banyaknya restoran padang, tentunya memiliki ciri khas masing-masing dalam penyajiannya. Namun, sangat disayangkan karena adanya pandemi Covid-19, membuat omset harus menurun. Omset yang menurun, membuat pemilik restoran harus berpiki lebih keras karena mengingat operasional restoran harus tetap berjalan. Pada penelitian ini, penulis melakukan penelitian terhadap pengaruh media sosial, dan dampak yang terjadi apabila menggunakan pemasaran melalui media sosial, khususnya dalam dunia digital marketing. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan melakukan observasi beserta wawancara dengan narasumber. Kata kunci : Pandemi Covid-19, Restoran Padang, Digital Marketing Abstract This reserach discusses about the role of social media which has its own advantages in the rapid dissemination of information. During the Covid-19 pandemic, many business owners had to suffer losses due to decreased purchasing power. One of them happened at the Padang Restaurant Sederhana in Central Jakarta. Padang Restaurant does have fans from various circles. From the many padang restaurant , of course, have their own characteristic in their presentation. However, it is very unfortunate that because of the Covid-19 Pandemic, the turnover at the Padang Restaurant Sederhana in Central Jakarta must decrease. Decreased turnover, making restaurant owners have to think harder because considering restaurant operation must continue to run. In this research, the authors conducted research on the influence of sosial media and the impact that occuers when using sosial media marketing. Especially in the world of Digital Marketing.
