Construction of a Command Center Dashboard Fleet Command Center at PT Indo Trans Teknologi
Abstract
Along with the development of the transportation industry,
the development of fleet dashboards has a crucial role in
in influencing vehicle performance. With the presence of
dashboard, detailed vehicle condition data can be stored and processed for the company's
and processed for the benefit of the company, both in
monitoring, maintenance, and vehicle management. By
Therefore, the creation of an optimal dashboard is the main focus of the current
main focus at this time. The dashboard created will integrate
vehicle data from various information sources, ensure
reliability and consistency of the data, as well as adapting to the different
diverse user needs. The use of dashboards
provides several benefits for the company,
among others, increasing operational efficiency, facilitating
strategic decision-making, and supporting optimized
monitoring for vehicle condition reports. At
dashboard creation at Kibana, the Scrum methodology was used
methodology, which allows work to be done in small cycles
and incremental, ensuring that every part of the dashboard was
developed with high quality and in accordance with
user needs. The result of the dashboard creation
show the accuracy of the data so that it can support
better decision-making, as well as ensuring
optimal vehicle condition monitoring.
