Optimasi Jaringan 3g Di Area Bandung Barat Berdasarkan Data Customer Complain

Abstrak

ABSTRAK Peningkatan jumlah pelanggan suatu operator jaringan seluler tidak hanya berdampak pada peningkatan penghasilan operator tersebut, tetapi berdampak juga pada penurunan kualitas jaringan.Penurunan kualitas jaringan ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya jumlah kegagalan panggilan yang disebabkan oleh beberapa fakor, misalnya kesalahan perangkat telekomunikasi pelanggan, lokasi pelanggan yang berada diluar jangkauan BTS, dan jaringan yang sangat padat. Untuk menghindari terjadinya penurunan kualitas jaringan maka harus dilakukan optimasi jaringan secara berkala, dengan metode drive test. Optimasi jaringan adalah proses peningkatan kualitas jaringan yang sesuai dengan standar KPI. Pada proyek akhir ini, dianalisis penyebab terjadinya penurunan kualitas jaringan yang berdasarkan data dari customer complaints pada operator Tri. Daerah yang ditinjau yaitu area Bandung Barat. Parameter yang diambil ialah RSCP dan Ec/No. Hasil dari analisa akan memberikan solusi peningkatan kualitas jaringan yang dapat dilakukan untuk setiap BTS yang diukur. Dan tentu harapan dari hasil peningkatan kualitas jaringan tersebut dapat meminimalkan semua masalah yang ada.
