EKSPLORASI PSIKOLOGIS MELALUI NARASI CERITA MENGGUNAKAN POV 3 DI DALAM FILM EKSPERIMENTAL SCENT OF A SINNER
Abstract
Scent of a Sinner membahas eksplorasi naratif dan visual dalam medium film
eksperimental melalui pendekatan sudut pandang orang ketiga (POV 3) untuk
menggambarkan dampak psikologis dari berbagai perspektif terhadap satu subjek. Scent
of a Sinner menyajikan representasi non-linear yang menggabungkan elemen
eksperimental, abstrak, dan simbolik serta menyoroti efek kementalan yang muncul dari
persepsi sosial yang berbeda terhadap seorang individu. Karya ini memanfaatkan teori
perspektif psikologi, sosiologi, dan narasi dalam mendukung konstruksi visual dan
konseptual karya, dengan tujuan untuk menstimulasi refleksi kritis mengenai dampak
penilaian sosial terhadap kondisi mental seseorang. Film berdurasi ±45 menit ini
dikembangkan dengan aspek rasio 1:1 sebagai metafora keterbatasan perspektif dan
ruang mental subjek, serta dikemas dalam berbagai format visual untuk memperkuat
diferensiasi sudut pandang.
