Representasi Kelapa Sawit (elaeis) Pada Karya Seni Lukis Abstrak
Abstract
Abstrak Kelapa sawit adalah tumbuhan industri penting penghasil minyak sawit, minyak industri dan bahan bakar (biodiesel). Perkebunan kelapa sawit menghasilkan banyak keuntungan. Kata kunci: Sawit, Kesadaran, Manusia dan Alam, Lukis Abstract Palm oil is an industrial plant producing cooking oil, industrial oil and fuel (biofuel). Palm oil plantations produce many benefits. Besides the positive impact, palm oil plantations also cause some negative impacts that affect the environment as well as the condition of the social community. In this regard, Indonesia is the world‟s largest palm oil producingcountry. One of the greatest threats related to this situation is the existence of potentially damaded forests in Indonesia. Ironically, the clearing of palm oil plantations in Indonesia was often initiated by forest burning which subsequently led to damage the biological ecosystem which triggers the rapid growth of pets-destroying animal‟s life such as pigs, snakes and mice. Behind the side effects that have been mentioned, it cannot be denied that humans are also part of the process of environmental destruction. Humans often feel dissatisfied and reluctant to look back on what they have done. In other words, humans are reluctant to reflect themselves on nature. In connection with this, the author presents a response to this issue that will be visualized through her painting work. Keywords: Palm oil, Awareness, Human and Nature, PaintingDownloads
