Perancangan Promosi Destinasi Wisata Outbound Cantigi Camp Kabupaten Bandung
Abstrak
Padatnya kesibukan masyarakat untuk berkerja menuntut para penyedia jasa hiburan bernuansa alam dan menyediakan layanan outing sebagai salah satu sarana menyegarkan yang murah dan menyenangkan. Salah satunya Cantigi Camp yang menyediakan layanan servis luar yang biasa disebut mancakrida/outbound memiliki beragam fasilitas dan wahana seperti: Lahan sebesar 2.000 meter persegi, 29 wahana bermain, 2 aula besar, areal parkir yang luas, dan juga memiliki instruktur professional yang dapat mendukung proses berkegiatan. Berdasarkan metode observasi, survei dan wawancara Cantigi Camp memiliki masalah di bagian promosi dikarenakan kurangnya aktifitas promosi yang dilakukan oleh pihak cantigi. Hal tersebut ditegaskan oleh kepala pengelola Bapak Andis, Cantigi hanya melakukan kegiatan promosi dari mulut ke mulut dan broadcast message melalui aplikasi, media sosial nya juga belum dikelola dengan baik karena hanya membagikan momen pengunjung yang dating tidak dibarengi oleh informasi yang penting seputar Cantigi Camp, sehingga perlu perancangan promosi yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Perancangan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung dari destinasi wisata Cantigi Camp Kata kunci: Cantigi Camp, Promosi, Media, Outbound The dense busyness of the community to work requires providers of entertainment services nuanced nature and offer outing services to refresh that is cheap and fun. One of them Cantigi Camp which provides exceptional service called outbound has a variety of facilities and rides such as: 2,000 square meters of land, 29 rides to play, 2 large halls, large parking areas, and also has professional instructors who can support the process doing activities. Based on the method of observation, surveys and interviews Cantigi Camp has a problem in the promotion section due to the lack of promotional activities carried out by the cantigi. This was confirmed by the chief manager of Mr. Andis, Cantigi only carried out promotional activities by word of mouth and broadcast messages through the application, his social media was also not managed properly because only sharing the moments of visitors who came were not accompanied by important information about Cantigi Camp, so need to design a promotion that can solve the problem.
