ANALISIS SINEMATOGRAFI PADA LIPUTAN UPDATE GUNUNG MERAPI DI MEDIA MASSA TRIBUN JOGJA TAHUN 2010 – 2021
Abstrak
Abstrak : Sinematografi berpengaruh terhadap pesan ingin disampaikan. Bukan hanya film, sinematografi juga berperan dalam video liputan berita media massa. Media massa merupakan garda terdepan dalam sebuah informasi dan mampu menjadi pelopor perubahan lingkungan masyarakat melalui framing, dan lainnya Oleh karena itu, penulis tertarik untuk menganalisis aspek sinematografi pada liputan berita. Penulis tertarik untuk menganalisis liputan berita Update Gunung Merapi yang selalu dipublikasikan oleh Media Tribun Jogja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengetahui makna maupun pesan yang ingin disampaikan melalui sinematografi visual Media Tribun Jogja mengenai Liputan Update Gunung Merapi kepada masyarakat. Dengan begitu penulis dapat mengetahui makna yang ingin disampaikan dari adanya sinematografi pada visual tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu analisis sinematografi pada visual dalam video Liputan Update Gunung Merapi di Media Tribun Jogja yaitu cenderung berkaitan dengan dampak positif yang ditumbulkan dari aktivitas Gunung Merapi, serta kondisi terkini dari aktivitas Gunung Merapi itu sendiri. Di mana hal itu membantu dalam mitigasi bencana untuk masyarakat sekitar serta para wisatawan Gunung Merapi. Hal tersebut tergambarkan melalui teknik pengambilan gambar yang dipilih dari Media Tribun Jogja. Umunnya menggunakan long shot, medium shot, dan close up dalam membantu penyampaian berita dan konstruksi berita yang ingin dibentuk.

Abstract : Cinematography influences the message you want to convey. Not only movies, cinematography also plays a role in mass media news coverage videos. Mass media is the vanguard in information and is able to pioneer the changing environment of society through framing, and others, therefore, writers are interested in analyzing the cinematographic aspect of news coverage. The author is interested in analyzing the news coverage of The Update of Mount Merapi which is always published by Media Tribun Jogja. This research uses analytical descriptive methods with qualitative approaches to find out the meaning and message that you want to convey through the visual cinematography of Media Tribun Jogja regarding Coverage of Update mount Merapi to the public. That way the author can know the meaning that wants to be conveyed from the cinematography in the visual. The results of this study are cinematographic analysis on visuals in the video Coverage Update of Mount Merapi in Media Tribun Jogja which tends to be related to the positive impact that is raised from the activities of Mount Merapi, as well as the current condition of the activity of Mount Merapi itself. Where it helps in disaster mitigation for the surrounding community as well as the tourists of Mount Merapi. This is illustrated through the shooting technique selected from Media Tribun Jogja. Umunnya uses long shots, medium shots, and close ups in helping the delivery of news and the construction of news that wants to be formed.
