Abstrak

The central role of an office is highly significant in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization. Carefully designed office layouts greatly impact work efficiency, employee productivity, and team collaboration. In this era of globalization, an efficient and comfortable work environment is key to an organization's success. Unfortunately, many companies still use inefficient and uncomfortable office designs. In Boyolali Regency, the Secretariat Office faces challenges related to inefficient space utilization, where large office spaces are underutilized, resulting in wasted areas. Additionally, poor air circulation makes the office environment uncomfortable. Redesigning the office is not just a response to these challenges but also a crucial investment in creating an efficient and comfortable work environment. In this context, the author provides practical guidance to the Boyolali Regency Government. This initiative aims not only to offer solutions for their office but also to inspire the development of other government offices in creating work environments that support organizational effectiveness.
