Produk Simpanan Anggota Menggunakan Blockchain untuk Platform E-BMT (Lembaga Keuangan Berbasis Koperasi Syariah Digital)

Abstract

Baitul Maal Wa At Tamwil (BMT) merupakan lembaga keuangan syariah yang berperan sebagai lembaga keuangan yang memberikan pelayanan simpan-pinjam yang sesuai dengan sosial, kultural, dan kebutuhan ekonomi masyarakat pedesaan terutama di lingkungan masyarakat pertanian dan perkebunan. Pencatatan e-BMT yang manual dan terpusat menyebabkan laporan keuangan terindikasi kecurangan dan menimbulkan kurangnya kredibilitas antara BMT dengan nasabahnya, salah satu cara untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan penerapan teknologi blockchain. Sistem blockchain yang terdistribusi memberikan kemudahan akses untuk setiap entitas baik nasabah ataupun pihak BMT dalam jaringan blockchain, sehingga data yang terekam dapat diakses oleh siapapun, penerapan teknologi blockchain pada BMT dibangun dalam platform website. Pengujian menghasilkan implementasi blockchain pada aplikasi e-BMT yang berjalan sesuai ekpektasi dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% dengan rata-rata hasil waktu transfer pada dua perangkat 9,47 detik dan 12,13 detik. Sementara hasil waktu pemasukan data pada dua perangkat didapatkan rata-rata 9,96 detik dan 37,09 detik. Teknologi blockchain dapat memberikan akses kepada penggunanya sehingga setiap entitas dapat mengetahui validitas dari transaksi yang terjadi, besaran transaksi, perpindahan dana, dan data lainnya yang terekam di blockhain tanpa harus membuat pengembangan sistem database terpadu.
