Pengukuran Tingkat Kematangan Manajemen Proyek Menggunakan Project Management Maturity Model (PMMM): Studi Kasus PT XYZ, Provinsi Papua
Abstract
Abstrak— Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur kematangan
penerapan manajemen proyek di PT XYZ, yang bergerak di
sektor infrastruktur permukiman, menggunakan metode
Project Management Maturity Model (PMMM) dari PM
Solutions. Metode ini menilai kapabilitas manajemen proyek
melalui lima level kematangan, mulai dari proses ad hoc hingga
terstandar dan optimal. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara,
observasi, kuesioner self-assessment berbasis PMBOK, dan
analisis dokumen proyek. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada project
manager, project coordinator, dan project staff. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa PT XYZ berada pada Level 1 (Initial
Process), dengan enam dari sepuluh knowledge areas –
termasuk manajemen lingkup, jadwal, biaya, kualitas,
komunikasi, dan pengadaan – berada pada Level 2 (Structured
Process and Standards). Empat knowledge areas lainnya,
seperti manajemen integrasi, sumber daya, risiko, dan
pemangku kepentingan, masih di Level 1, yang menunjukkan
perlunya peningkatan standarisasi. Penelitian ini
merekomendasikan roadmap improvement dan stakeholder
management plan untuk memperkuat implementasi
manajemen proyek di knowledge areas dengan tingkat
kematangan rendah.
