Perancangan Ulang Antarmuka Pengguna Website TOSS Menggunakan Metode User-Centered Design
Abstract
Telkom University One Stop Service (TOSS) adalah sebuah website yang dibangun pada tahun 2022 untuk menyediakan layanan pengajuan surat secara terpusat bagi mahasiswa. Layanan ini mencakup berbagai jenis surat seperti surat aktif mahasiswa, surat keterangan untuk mata kuliah, penelitian, dan kerja praktek/magang, serta surat rekomendasi beasiswa. Berdasarkan data kuesioner dari 30 responden, ditemukan bahwa surat aktif mahasiswa adalah jenis surat yang paling sering diajukan, diikuti oleh surat untuk kerja praktek/magang dan penelitian. Namun, hasil wawancara dengan beberapa responden menunjukkan adanya masalah dalam pengalaman pengguna, termasuk kesulitan navigasi, akses status surat, dan pengunduhan surat yang telah disetujui. Hasil pengukuran menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) memberikan skor 55,16, yang berada dalam kategori Acceptability Range "Marginal Low", Grade F, dan Adjective Ratings “Good”. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa antarmuka pengguna website TOSS membutuhkan peningkatan signifikan. Untuk merancang ulang antarmuka, metode User Centered Design (UCD) dipilih karena fokusnya pada kebutuhan dan kenyamanan pengguna melalui proses desain iteratif. Setelah dilakukan perancangan ulang, hasil pengujian menunjukkan skor SUS meningkat menjadi 80,25, yang termasuk dalam kategori Acceptability Range "Acceptable", Grade B, dan Adjective Ratings “Excellent”. Sehingga desain ulang website TOSS berhasil meningkatkan kemudahan penggunaan dan kepuasan pengguna.
