Analisis Dan Perancangan Manajemen Data Akses Karyawan Pada Aplikasi Jarvis Dengan Sap S/4hana Melalui Protokol Remote Function Call Menggunakan Sap Activate di Perusahaan Telekomunikasi
Abstract
Di era digitalisasi yang pesat, perusahaan
menghadapi kebutuhan mendesak untuk mengintegrasikan
teknologi informasi guna mencapai efisiensi dalam proses
bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan
merancang manajemen data akses karyawan pada aplikasi
Jarvis dengan SAP S/4HANA menggunakan protokol Remote
Function Call (RFC) yang terintegrasi melalui pendekatan SAP
Activate. Studi ini dilakukan di perusahaan telekomunikasi
besar yang menghadapi tantangan dalam proses User Access
Review dan provisioning data yang sebelumnya dilakukan
secara manual, sehingga rentan terhadap kesalahan dan
inefisiensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SAP Activate,
yang meliputi tahapan discover, prepare, explore, realize,
deploy, dan run.
