Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pada Optimalisasi Kinerja Layanan Kesehatan Menggunakan Metode Waterfall di Klinik XYZ
Abstract
Klinik T menghadapi masalah dalam proses bisnisnya, yaitu kurangnya sistem manajemen hubungan pasien yang baik, dokumentasi rekam medis pasien, keterbatasan fasilitas, dan masalah lain yang akan semakin terlihat dengan pertumbuhan populasi mahasiswa setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem penjadwalan dan rekam medis dalam bentuk dasbor untuk mengintegrasikan informasi dan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam proses bisnis di Klinik T. Struktur penjadwalan menggabungkan sistem pendukung keputusan, mengintegrasikan metode Profile Matching untuk menilai pasien dan mendukung alokasi waktu penjadwalan. Integrasi ini memungkinkan pembaruan informasi klinis secara real-time, meningkatkan efektivitas klinik, terutama dalam aspek layanan kesehatan pasien. Pasien dapat mengakses rekam medis mereka dari kunjungan mereka ke Klinik T dan menerima kepastian mengenai waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk perawatan. Digitalisasi informasi rekam medis, yang disederhanakan dari tahap pendaftaran pasien hingga pemberian obat, memfasilitasi proses dokumentasi klinis dan menciptakan data yang dinamis. Dengan ini, sistem dapat menghasilkan statistik yang berguna bagi manajer klinik terkait dengan tren penyakit dan kinerja klinik untuk lebih mengoptimalkan operasi klinik secara keseluruhan.
