Perbaikan Proses Bisnis Individual Development Plan Di Pt Xyz Dengan Pendekatan Business Process Improvement

Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan alat berat yang sangat bergantung pada kompetensi teknis sumber daya manusianya. Program Individual Development Plan (IDP) menjadi instrumen vital dalam pengembangan kompetensi tersebut. Namun, proses bisnis pengolahan data IDP saat ini masih didominasi aktivitas manual yang mengakibatkan tingginya beban administrasi dan inefisiensi waktu. Total waktu siklus eksisting mencapai 112,08 jam, melampaui target Service Level Agreement (SLA) perusahaan sebesar 88 jam, dengan efisiensi proses yang rendah (68,69%). Penelitian ini bertujuan memperbaiki proses bisnis IDP menggunakan pendekatan Business Process Improvement (BPI). Melalui tahapan streamlining, dirancang proses usulan (TO-BE) dengan menerapkan strategi otomatisasi menggunakan Smart Template Excel, validasi berbasis Exception Check, dan simplifikasi persetujuan melalui Desk Approval. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan penurunan waktu siklus signifikan menjadi 60,33 jam (di bawah target SLA) dan peningkatan efisiensi proses menjadi 81,63%. Intervensi ini efektif mengeliminasi aktivitas Non-Value Added dan mempercepat administrasi pengembangan SDM.
