Rancang Bangun Dashboard Operasional Berbasis Web Pada Bisnis Laundry (Studi Kasus Pada Bisnis Laundry “Kangen”)
Abstract
Usaha laundry skala menengah sering menghadapi tantangan visibility data operasional yang menghambat kualitas pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dashboard operasional berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan lapisan intelijen bisnis untuk mendukung efisiensi operasional dan keputusan strategis pada Laundry Kangen. Menggunakan metode prototyping iteratif, penelitian ini mengembangkan artefak solusi yang memisahkan aplikasi operasional transaksional dan dashboard analitik. Sistem mengimplementasikan fitur manajemen inventori otomatis, mekanisme data snapshot untuk integritas analisis historis, serta manajemen tugas untuk mengonversi insight menjadi aksi nyata. Hasil pengujian Blackbox menunjukkan keberhasilan fungsional 100%, sementara User Acceptance Testing (UAT) mencapai tingkat penerimaan 88,9%. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dashboard ini efektif berfungsi sebagai alat bantu kognitif yang menjembatani kesenjangan antara akuisisi data operasional dan eksekusi keputusan bisnis yang terstruktur.
