Perancangan Sistem Monitoring Kinerja Distribusi Produk Beras Menggunakan Metode Scor Dan Ahp Pada Bulog Subdivre Bandung

Beras meruapakan komoditas utama yang didistribusikan dari Bulog Subdivre Bandung. Saat ini proses distribusi beras dilakukan tanpa adanya pengukuran kinerja . Distribusi merupakan salah satu rangkaian supply chain, sedangkan ada dua aspek fundamental dalam supply chain yaitu manajemen kinerja dan perbaikan berkelanjutan. Maka dari itu perlu dirancang indikator kinerja dan sistem monitoring untuk proses distribusi beras. Perancangan indikator kinerja dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode SCOR. SCOR adalah sebuah model acuan dari operasi supply chain, fungsi dari SCOR adalah untuk mengukur, mengendalikan, dan memperbaiki proses-proses supply chain. Penerapan SCOR kedalam proses distribusi beras di Bulog Subdivre Bandung akan membantu Bulog Subdivre dalam memperbaiki, dan mengevaluasi proses-proses yang berkaitan dari distribusi beras sehingga kinerja dari bulog subdivre akan menjadi lebih baik. Indikator Kinerja yang telah dirancang selanjutnya diukur dengan AHP untuk pembobotan dan Snorm De Boer untuk normalisasi.

Abstract
Rice is the main commodity distributed from Bulog Subdivre Bandung. At present the process of rice distribution is carried out without measuring performance. Meanwhile distribution is one of the supply chain series, while there are two fundamental aspects in the supply chain, namely performance management and continuous improvement. Therefore, it is necessary to design performance indicators and monitoring systems for the rice distribution process. Designing performance indicators can be done using the SCOR method. SCOR is a reference model of supply chain operations, the function of SCOR is to measure, control, and improve supply chain processes. The application of SCOR to the rice distribution process at the Bulog Subdivre Bandung will help them in improving, and evaluating the processes related to the distribution of rice so that the performance of the bulog subdivre will be better. The performance indicators that have been designed are then measured by AHP for weighting and Snorm De Boer for normalization.
