Analisis Dan Perancangan Enterprise Architecture Pt Tjimindi Subur Pada Fungsi Bisnis Support Menggunakan Togaf Adm

Abstrak

Abstrak PT Tjimindi Subur berdiri sejak tahun 1967 merupakan salah satu perusahaan textile yang berlokasi di Cimindi Kota Cimahi Bandung barat. Perusahaan ini sangat mengedepankan kepuasan pelanggan dengan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Untuk dapat menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas maka dibutuhkan fungsi support yang berkualitas juga, fungsi support ini terdiri dari fungsi keuangan, sumber daya manusia, IT support dan pengadaan. Sehingga untuk mendukung hal tersebut dibutuhkan teknologi informasi sebagai pendorong dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya. PT Tjimindi Subur harus mampu memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang selaras dengan keefektifan proses bisnis yang dibutuhkan perusahaan pada fungsi support tersebut. Oleh karena itu diperlukannya suatu perancangan enterprise architecture. Perancangan Enterprise Architecture merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk menyelaraskan antara strategi bisnis perusahaan dengan teknologi informasi, yang menggambarkan keadaan atau kondisi perusahaan saat ini (eksisting) dan kondisi perusahaan yang akan datang (Targeting). Framework yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam penelitian ini adalah TOGAF ADM yang memiliki metode sistematis. Adapun fase yang terdapat pada TOGAF ADM yang akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdiri dari fase preliminary, architecture vision, business architecture, information system architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solution dan migration planning. Kata kunci: PT Tjimindi Subur, Enterprise Architecture, Support, TOGAF ADM Abstract PT Tjimindi Subur established since 1967 is one of the textile companies located in Cimindi Cimahi city,west Bandung. This company is very concerned in customer satisfaction with the quality of the product produced. To produce the good quality product then a good support function is needed, there is finance function, human resources function, IT support function and procurement function in the support function. In support this information technology is needed as a driver business activities. PT Tjimindi Subur must be able to utilize information technology that is aligned with the business process of the company needed, especially in the functions support, then it is needed to design enterprise architecture.The Design of enterprise architecture is a method used to align the company’s business strategy with information technology, which describe the current condition of the company (existing) and the company’s target conditions. The framework that can be used as a reference in this research is TOGAF ADM which has a systematic method. The phase contained in TOGAF ADM in this research consists of the preliminary phase, architecture vision, business architecture, information system architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solutions, and migration planning.
