Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kelompok Keahlian Rekayasa Komputer Universitas Telkom Modul : Pengelolaan Laboratorium

Abstrak Pengelolaan informasi dari pihak laboratorium ke Ketua Kelompok Keahlian masih kurang efektif dikarenakan alur yang masih belum jelas dari kondisi, peminjaman dan pelaporan barang/alat laboraotrium. Dengan adanya sistem informasi, bisa menjadi efektif dan memudahkan Ketua Kelompok Keahlian untuk memantau pelaporan barang dan alat laboratorium yang dimana nanti sistem informasi tersebut berbasis website dan dibantu dengan framework CodeIgniter. Website ini diakses oleh admin (Ketua Kelompok Keahlian), pihak laboratorium (Koordinator Asisten/Admin Lab) dan pihak laboran yang menjadi superuser. Diharapkan sistem informasi bisa membantu alur pelaporan pengelolaan kelompok keahlian menjadi efektif. Setelah dilakukan pengujian beta dari beberapa dosen pembina, mahasiswa dan laboran bahwa website sudah layak untuk digunakan. Untuk mahasiswa menilai efektifitas 1-5 bahwa 38 tanggapan dari 67 tanggapan memelih skala 4.
