Abstrak

Abstrak Peran Teknologi Informasi (TI) telah menjadi business enabler dan strategic cause dalam organisasi bisnis saat ini sehingga dalam penyelenggaraan bisnis dibutuhkan proses yang bersifat efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam berbagai aspek. Sehingga, penerapan investasi nilai TI pada berbagai sektor bisnis dapat diukur melalui sejauh mana pengaruh penerapan investasi nilai TI terhadap performansi kinerja perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif yang melibatkan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis varian yaitu teknik statistik multivariat. Penggunaan software Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menghasilkan sebuah model dari 79 sampel karyawan PT. Infomedia Nusantara Jakarta divisi IT operasional. Konsep penelitian ini adalah menguji sejauh mana hubungan nilai IT terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang dihasilkan dalam sebuah model struktural dengan cara menganalisis beberapa variabel yang membentuk hubungan nilai IT terhadap kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan teori Resource-Based View. Analisis dilakukan dengan melihat nilai korelasi dari masing-masing konstruk eksogen terhadap konstruk endogen. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah analisis dari sebuah model yang menyatakan bahwa IT-Resource berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap IT-Capability. IT- Capability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ITCompetence. IT- Competence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Competitive Advantage, pada divisi IT operasional PT.
