Perancangan User Experience Mobile Application Booking Online Pet Grooming untuk Customer Petshop dengan Metode User-Centered Design(Studi Kasus: Kimi Petshop Rancaekek)

Abstrak

Abstrak-Kimi Petshop melayani jasa perawatan, penjualan aksesoris, penitipan, dan makanan hewan. Banyak customer menyukai perawatan grooming di Kimi Petshop karena memiliki beragam paket yang disediakan. Ketika customer melakukan pemesanan jadwal grooming, mereka tidak bisa langsung datang ke Petshop dikarenakan terdapat batas kuota perhari. Hal ini menyebabkan customer harus menghubungi melalui WhatsApp untuk menanyakan informasi mengenai identitas pemesanan dan slot kosong yang kemudian customer menunggu balasan pihak Kimi Petshop. Bagi para customer baru, proses tersebut memakan waktu, karena mereka tidak mengetahui identitas pemesanan, batas kuota, dan informasi mengenai paket grooming. Dari permasalahan yang didapatkan, solusi untuk meningkatkan efektifitas pemesanan jadwal grooming online dengan merancang prototype pemesanan jadwal online menggunakan metode User-Centered Design. Perancangan User-Centered Design tersebut diperlukan karena dapat meningkatkan usability terhadap aplikasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan user experience. Kemudian, prototype yang dirancang dilakukan pengujian dengan metrik SUS. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, skor yang didapatkan dari prototype adalah 84 yang masuk kedalam Grade Scale B (Good) dan memiliki kategori Acceptability Ranges Acceptable yang berarti fungsi pada prototype bekerja dengan baik.
