Pengaruh Empoyee Engagement Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Telkom Corporate University Center

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Employee Engagement, mengetahui kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Telkom Corporate University Center. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif-kausalitas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode Probability Sampling dengan jumlah responden 67 karyawan pada Telkom Corporate University Center. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis secara bersamaan, employee engagement berengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pada Telkom Corporate University Center. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan t-hitung (14.25) > t-tabel (1.668636) dengan signifikasinya 0,000 < 0,005. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi didapat bahwa employee engagement memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja. Oleh karena itu, hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan variabel bebas mendukung hipotesis yaitu Employee Engagement memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap kinerja sebesar 75,8% dan sisanya sebesar 24,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah employee engagement pada Telkom Corporate University Center sudah masuk kedalam kategori baik, namun ada beberapa item yang perlu diperbaiki seperti lingkungan kerja yang bisa membuat karyawan menjadi bersemangat dalam mengerjakan tugas dan pemimpin harus lebih jelas memberi arahan, menjalin komunikasi dengan baik dan mengerti kondisi karyawan agar tepat waktu dalam mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan. Kata kunci: Employee engagement, Kinerja karyawan, dan Telkom Corporate University Center Abstract This research aims to find out and analyze Employee Engagement, find out employee performance, find out the influence of Employee Engagement on employee performance at Telkom Corporate University Center. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a type of descriptive-causality research. Sampling is taking by the Probability Sampling method with the number of respondents 67 employees at the Telkom Corporate University Center. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. Based on the results of concurrent hypothesis testing, employee engagement has a significant effect on the performance of the Telkom Corporate University Center. This is evidenced by t-count (14.25) > t-table (1.668636) with a significance of 0,000 < 0,005. Based on the determination coefficient, it is obtained that employee engagement has a significant influence on performance. Therefore, the results of the test from this research state that the independent variable supports the hypothesis that Employee Engagement contributes to the influence of performance of 75.8% and the remaining 24.2% is influenced by other factors not examined.
