Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Stress Kerja Karyawan (studi Pada : Hotel Lotus Garden Dan Resort Kediri)

Abstract

Abstrak Hotel Lotus Garden dan Resort merupakan salah satu hotel terbesar di kota Kediri. Maka dari itu, Hotel Lotus Garden dan Resort dituntut untuk selalu berkembang dan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia perusahaan tersebut, agar dapat bertahan dan memenuhi permintaan dari konsumen ataupun target yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap stres kerja. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner atau angket yang disebarkan secara offline, dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari Hotel Lotus Garden dan Resort, dengan sampel yang ditentukan melalui metode sampel jenuh yaitu sebesar 125 karyawan. Alat untuk mengolah data pada penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap stres kerja karyawan pada Hotel Lotus Garden dan Resort Kediri

Abstract Lotus Garden Hotel and Resort is one of the largest hotels in the city of Kediri. Therefore, Lotus Garden Hotels and Resorts are demanded to always develop and improve the quality of the company's human resources, in order to survive and meet the demands of consumers or targets set by the company. This study aims to determine the relationship between transformational leadership style variables on work stress. The data collection method is done through a questionnaire or questionnaire distributed offline, and uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study were employees of the Lotus Garden Hotel and Resort, with the sample determined through the saturated sample method of 125 employees. Tools for processing data in this study using SPSS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership style variable has a significant negative effect on employee work stress at the Lotus Garden Hotel and Kediri Resort
