Analisis Faktor Pengaruh Perilaku Pengguna Dalam Mengadopsi Dan Niat Merekomendasikan Teknologi Mobile Payment Go-pay Di Kota Bandung

Abstract

Abstrak Financial technology saat ini sedang mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat dikarenakan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi juga berkembang cepat. Salah satu jenis dari financial technology adalah mobile payment dan salah satu layanan yang sedang bertumbuh di Indonesia ialah GoPay dari perusahaan PT Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penentu utama adopsi mobile payment dan niat untuk merekomendasikan dengan menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2), diffusion of innovation (DOI), perceived technology security dan intention behavior. Pada penelitian ini, varibel yang digunakan adalah performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, compatibility, innovativeness dan perceived technology security. Varibel dependen yang digunakan adalah behavioral intention to adopt dan behavioral intention to recommend. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sample 400 responden dan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equation modeling (SEM). Parameter model struktural yang digunakan adalah uji R-Square, Q-Square dan T-Statistic. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel dependen. Variabel compatibility, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, dan innovativeness memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention to adopt sedangkan performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, price value, dan perceived technology security tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention to adopt. Abstract Financial technology is currently experiencing a rapid development because of the development of information and communication technology is also growing rapidly. One of the types of financial technology is mobile payment and one of the growing services in Indonesia is Go-Pay from the company of PT Karya Anak Bangsa. This research aims to identify key determinants of mobile payment adoption and intention to recommend using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2), Diffusion of Innovation (DOI), perceived Technology security and intention behavior. In this study, Varibells used are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, compatibility, innovativeness and perceived technology security. The dependent Varibel used is behavioral intention to adopt and behavioral intention to recommend. Sampling in this study uses purposive sampling with a sample number of 400 respondents and the method of analysis used in this study is structural equation Modeling (SEM).The structural model parameters used are R-Square, Q-Square and T-Statistic tests. The results in this study show that all independent variables have a positive effect on the dependent variables.Variable compatibility, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, and innovativeness have a significant influence on behavioral intention to adopt whereas expectancy performance, effort expectancy, social influence, price value, and perceived technology security have no significant effect on behavioral intention to adopt.
