Pengaruh Perceived Of Usefulness Dan Perceived Ease Of Use Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem E-learning (studi Pada Karyawan Tetap Pt. X Regional Iv Jawa Barat)

Abstract

Abstrak Industri perbankan di Indonesia sudah menggunakan e-learning sebagai sarana pembelajran karyawannya demi mengefektifkan dan mengefisiensikan tujuan perusahaan. SDM pada industry ini dirasa perlu untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman dalam kesehariannya. Untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan, dalam penggunaan sistem e-learning perlu diketahui tingkat kepuasan penggunanya menggunakan Perceived Usefulness dan Perceived Ease of Use untuk mengukur persepsi pengguna mengenai sistem e-learning. Dimensi dari Perceived Usefulness adalah Extrinsic Motivation, Intrinsic Motivation, serta Learning Goal Organization. Untuk dimensi dari Perceived Ease of Use adalah Computer Self-Efficacy, Computer Playfulness, dan Computer Anxiety. Serta dimensi dari Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem E-Learning adalah Penggunaan Kembali, Memberikan Rekomendasi, dan Tidak adanya Keluhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Perceived Usefulness terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna E-Learning, pengaruh dari Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna E-Learning, dan pengaruh dari Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Perceived Usefulness. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptifkausal. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel menurut rumus slovin sejumlah 147 responden. Pengumupulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner secara acak kepada karyawan tetap PT X Regional IV Jawa Barat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa Perceived Usefulness termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 73,43% Perceived Ease of Use termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 70%. Kepuasan Pengguna E-Learning termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 76,73%. Semua hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Dimana didalam PT X Regional IV Jawa Barat varibel PU berpengaurh terhadap Kepuasan pengguna E-learning, PEU berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasna pengguna elearning dan PEU berpengaruh terhadap PU.. This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Usefulness on E-Learning User Satisfaction, the effect of Perceived Ease of Use on E-Learning User Satisfaction, and the effect of Perceived Ease of Use on Perceived Usefulness This research is a quantitative research. The research method used is descriptive-causal. The sampling technique of this study is simple random sampling with a number of samples according to the Slovin formula of 147 respondents. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires randomly to permanent employees of PT X Regional IV West Java. The data analysis technique of this study is Path Analysis. Based on the results of this study it was concluded that Perceived Usefulness is on the good category with percentage of 73.43%. Perceived Ease of Use is on the good category with a percentage of 70%. E-Learning User Satisfaction is on the good category with a percentage of 76.73% All hypotheses in this study were accepted. Where in the PT X Regional IV West Java variable Perceived Usefulness affects the satisfaction of E-learning users, Perceived Ease of Use affects the satisfaction of e-learning users and Perceived Ease of USe affect Perceived Usefulness Keywords: Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, User Satisfaction, E-Learning
