Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan Droplets
Company, tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis motivasi kinerja
karyawannya, mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja karyawannya dan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh
motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Droplets Company. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif-kausalitas.Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode
teknik sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 20 orang.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan
adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana.
Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja
karyawan Droplets Company. Berdasarkan analisis koefisien determinasi pengaruh Motivasi Kerja
terhadap Kinerja Karyawan adalah sebesar 32,3% sisanya 67,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang
tidak diteliti..Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan
Droplets Company di Kota Bandung.

Abstract
This study is conducted to determine the condition of work motivation and employee performance of
Droplets Company. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the motivation of its employees'
work performance, the performance of their employees, and find out how is the influence of work
motivation on Droplets Company employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods with
descriptive-causality research type. Sampling is conducted using a jenuh sampling method, with a total of
20 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression
analysis. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, work motivation affects the performance of
Droplets Company employees. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the effect of
Work Motivation on Employee Performance is 32.3%, the remaining 67.7% is influenced by other factors
not examined. The conclusion in this study is that work motivation has a positive effect on the
performance of Droplets Company employees in Bandung.
