Pengaruh Work Engagement Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Tingkat Turnover Intention Karyawan Di Pt Telkom Akses Balikpapan

Abstract

Abstrak Tantangan baru dunia kerja di era revolusi industri 4.0 adalah integrasi pemanfaatan internet dengan lini produksi yang memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi dan informasi sehingga perubahan core bisnis industri teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang terjadi menuntut perusahaan untuk mengurangi tenaga kerja sebagai bentuk efisiensi dan membuat tingkatan pegawai yang keluar masuk (turnover) di perusahaan akan meningkat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat work engagement, komitmen organisasi dan turnover intention serta pengaruh langsung atau tidak langsung work engagement dan komitmen organisasi terhadap variabel turnover intention karyawan di PT Telkom Akses Balikpapan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan 181 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT Telkom Akses Balikpapan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan menggunakan skala pengukuran likert 6 point. Menggunakan teknik analisis jalur menggunakan IBM SPSS 22, uji hipotesis uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial (hubungan masing-masing) work engagement tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Sedangkan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap turnover intention. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa work engagement dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh simultan tehadap tingkat turnover intention. This research was conducted to determine the level of work engagement, organizational commitment and turnover intention as well as the direct or indirect influence of work engagement and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention variables at PT Telkom Akses Balikpapan. The data collection method was carried out through questionnaires using 181 respondents who were employees of PT Telkom Akses Balikpapan. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis and uses a 6-point Likert measurement scale. Using path analysis techniques using IBM SPSS 22, hypothesis testing T test and F test. The results of the research prove that partially (each relationship) work engagement does not have a significant effect on turnover intention. While organizational commitment has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. The results also prove that work engagement and organizational commitment have a simultaneous influence on the level of turnover intention.
