Analisis Data Ulasan Wedding Planning Industry Di Provinsi Bali Menggunakan Metode Latent Dirichlet Allocation Pada E-commerce Bridestory

Provinsi Bali merupakan satu-satunya provinsi di Indonesia yang mendapatkan penghargaan Best Wedding
Destination International 2018 dari Travel & Leasure India, sehingga semua pihak yang telibat dalam Industri
pernikahan di Provinsi Bali dituntut meningkatkan manajemen layanan yang diberikan dalam menyukseskan acara
pernikahan di Provinsi Bali. Industri wedding planning adalah bagian dalam wedding industry yang dikembangkan
untuk membantu pasangan calon pengantin dalam mempersiapkan pernikahan, vendor wedding planning merupakan
salah satu prioritas pertama yang dicari pasangan calon pengantin dalam 12 bulan perencanaan pernikahan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan consumer insight terdahap industri wedding planning di Provinsi
Bali. Consumer insight industri wedding planning di Provinsi Bali diperoleh menggunakan User Generated Content
(UGC) vendor wedding planning pada situs layanan jasa pernikahan Bridestory. Metode penelitian yang digunakan
yaitu Topic Modelling dengan pendekatan Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) terhadap 1.019 data bersih yang terdiri
dari 326 data dalam bahasa Indonesia dan 693 data bahasa Inggris.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 7 topik utama dari data berbahasa Inggris dan 7 topik utama dari data
berbahasa Indonesia yang sering dibicarakan oleh pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa layanan wedding planning di
Provinsi Bali, kemudian hasil tersebut di interpretasikan menjadi customer insight yang dapat digunakan untuk
mendukung manajemen layanan dari vendor wedding planning pada Provinsi Bali.

Abstract
Bali Province is the only province in Indonesia that has received the Best Wedding Destination International
2018 award from Travel & Leasure India, so that all parties involved in the wedding industry in Bali Province are
required to improve the management of services provided in the success of weddings in Bali Province. The wedding
planning industry is a part of the wedding industry that was developed to assist the bride and groom in preparing for
the wedding, wedding planning vendors are one of the first priorities that the bride and groom look for in the 12
months of wedding planning.
This study aims to obtain consumer insight into the wedding planning industry in Bali Province. Consumer
insight into the wedding planning industry in Bali Province was obtained using the User Generated Content (UGC)
wedding planning vendor on the Bridestory wedding service site. The research method used is Topic Modeling with
the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) approach to 1,019 cleaned data consisting of 326 data in Indonesian and 693
data in English.
The results show 7 main topics from English data and 7 main topics from Indonesian language data which
are often discussed by customers who use wedding planning services in Bali Province, then these results are
interpreted into customer insights that can be used to support service management from vendors. wedding planning
in Bali Province.
