Pengaruh Kemudahan, Kecocokan, Dan Mobilitas Terhadap Niat Menggunakan Persib Apps Dengan Persepsi Kegunaan Sebagai Mediator
Abstract
Transformasi digital telah mengubah cara penggemar sepak bola mengakses layanan, termasuk pembelian tiket
pertandingan. Persib Bandung merespons perubahan ini dengan meluncurkan Persib Apps sebagai platform resmi tiket
daring. Namun, adopsi aplikasi ini masih menghadapi kendala, seperti rendahnya rating pengguna dan penurunan
jumlah penonton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Ease of Use, Compatibility, dan
Mobility terhadap Intention to Use, dengan Perceived Usefulness sebagai variabel mediasi.
Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei terhadap 422 pengguna aktif Persib Apps.
Data dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan
SmartPLS 4.
Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Ease of Use dan Compatibility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived
Usefulness, yang pada gilirannya berdampak positif terhadap Intention to Use. Selain itu, Mobility memiliki pengaruh
langsung terhadap niat penggunaan. Perceived Usefulness terbukti sebagai mediator signifikan pada dua hubungan
tidak langsung.
Temuan ini memperluas model TAM dalam konteks komunitas digital emosional dan memberikan implikasi praktis
bagi pengembangan strategi adopsi aplikasi melalui peningkatan pengalaman pengguna.
