Pengaruh Transformasi Digital Terhadap Kinerja Inovasi Melalui Big Data Capability Dan Organizational Agility Pada Unit Kerja Pt. Agriaku Digital Indonesia
Abstract
PT. Agriaku Digital Indonesia atau Agriaku yang didirikan pada tahun 2021 merupakan perusahaan teknologi yang
berfokus pada sektor agribisnis Indonesia. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah ketidaksesuaian hasil inovasi yang dicapai
dengan keterbatasan kapabilitas big data dan kemampuan organisasi untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang dibawa
oleh teknologi digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis pengaruh transformasi
digital terhadap kinerja inovasi dengan mempertimbangkan peran big data capability dan organizational agility pada
unit kerja Agriaku.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS.
Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang melibatkan 31 unit kerja dengan 216 responden. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi PT. Agriaku,
sementara big data capability dan organizational agility tidak berperan signifikan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan
antara transformasi digital terhadap kinejra perusahaan.
