Pengaruh Rewards Terhadap Turnover Intention Dengan Job Burnout Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Karyawan Generasi Milenial dan Z Di Indonesia
Abstract
Penelitian ini meneliti bagaimana rewards finansial dan non-finansial berdampak pada turnover intention, dengan
job burnout sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada tenaga kerja generasi milenial dan Gen Z yang
bekerja di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan non-probabilitas dengan pengambilan sampel
purposif, menentukan ukuran sampel minimum melalui rumus Hair. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari 224
partisipan dan menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif yang dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling
- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rewards dan job burnout secara
khusus berdampak pada turnover intention, dengan job burnout bertindak sebagai variabel mediasi yang
signifikan antara rewards dan turnover intention. Meskipun penelitian yang ada telah menyelidiki hubungan
antara rewards, job burnout, dan turnover intention, temuannya masih belum konsisten di berbagai penelitian.
Penelitian sebelumnya meneliti bagaimana job burnout mempengaruhi turnover intention, khususnya di kalangan
pekerja Gen Z. Penelitian ini memperluas penelitian sebelumnya dengan memasukkan penghargaan sebagai
variabel tambahan dan memperluas fokus untuk memasukkan karyawan milenial, yang saat ini mewakili segmen
tenaga kerja yang dominan.
