Pengaruh Balanced Scorecard Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pada Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Pekalongan)

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Balanced Scorecard terhadap kinerja karyawan yang berada di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Pekalongan. Berdasarkan tujuannya, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif bersifat kausal dan termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian in dilakukan di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Pekalongan, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Pekalongan berjumlah 100. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa kuisioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif, pengujian validitas dan reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linear berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Balanced Scorecard di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Pekalongan masuk dalam kategori baik. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prespektif keuangan, prespektif pelanggan, prespektif operas bisnis internal serta prespektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja. Secara simultan, Balanced Scorecard berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Pekalongan.

Abstract This study aims to determine how the effect of Balanced Scorecard on the performance in BPJS Employment Branch Pekalongan.
Based on the objectives, this research is descriptive research is causal and included in quantitative research. This research was conducted in BPJS Employment Branch of Pekalongan, with sampling using slovin formula of BPJS participant of Bekasi Pekalongan employment amounted to 100. Data used is primary data in the form of questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistic analysis, validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 23 software.
The results showed that Balanced Scorecard in BPJS Employment Branch Pekalongan included in good category. Based on hypothesis testing, the result of the research shows that financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business operational perspective and learning and growth perspective have partial effect on performance. Simultaneously, Balanced Scorecard has significant effect on performance of BPJS Employment Branch of Pekalongan.
