Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Dan Non Fisik Terhadap Kinerja (Studi Kasus: Karyawan Unit Business Service Pt Telkom Japati Bandung)

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan suatu perusahaan diperlukan adanya peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Berbagai hal dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, salah satunya adalah lingkungan kerja, secara garis besar lingkungan kerja terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik. Untuk itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada unit business service PT Telkom kantor Japati Bandung. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif, dengan metode kausal, tipe analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, dan menggunakan regresi liniear berganda. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 30 karyawan di unit business service PT Telkom kantor Japati Bandung. Data yang ada dianalisis menggunakan bantuan program SPSS ver. 24. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tanggapan responden terhadap lingkungan kerja fisik masuk pada kriteria tinggi sebesar 77%, persepsi karyawan terhadap lingkungan kerja non fisik pun termasuk dalam kriteria tinggi sebesar 78%, dan terakhir lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract In the framework of the achievement of the objectives of a company required an in crease in employee performance. Many things can affect the performance of the employees, one of them is the work environment, outline the work environment is divided into two, which is physical work environment and non physical work environment. For that this research was conducted to see how the work environment influences physical and non physical work environment on performance of employees at unit business service PT Telkom Japati Bandung office. The research method used is quantitative, with causal method, the type of analysis used is descriptive, and using multiple linear regression. The samples used in this study are saturated samples. The data was collected through questionnaires to 30 respondents who were employees of the PT Telkom Japati Bandung office at business service unit. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program Ver. 24. The results of this research are the responses of the respondents against the physical work environment high criteria of entry on 77%, the perception of employees against any non physical work environment are included in the creiteria of a high of 78%, and the last work environment physical and non physical work environment a significant effect on performance of employees.
