Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Bank Bpr Gegesik Kabupaten Cirebon

Abstract

Abstrak Lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan merupakan suatu hal yang saling berhubungan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan bahwa apabila Lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat membuat karyawan merasa nyaman berada pada tempat tersebut maka akan mendukung karyawan untuk dapat menyelesaikan tugasnya dengan baik sehingga membuat kinerja karyawan lebih optimal. Salah satu yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah lingkungan kerja fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Bank BPR Gegesik Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pada penelitian ini responden sebanyak 30 orang karyawan Perusahaan Daerah Bank BPR Gegesik Kabupaten Cirebon. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tanggapan responden terhadap lingkungan kerja pada kategori baik sebesar 75,9% dan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada kategori baik sebesar 78,7%. Lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 41,5% . Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract Work environment and employee performance are interrelated. This is because if a good work environment can make employees feel comfortable in that place, it will support employees to be able to complete their tasks well so as to make employee performance more optimal. One that can affect employee performance is the physical work environment. This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment on the performance of employees of the Regional Bank BPR Gegesik Cirebon Regency. The method used in this study is quantitative with the type of descriptive research. In this study, there were 30 employees of Bank BPR Gegesik Regional Office of Cirebon Regency. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. Based on the results of the study showed that the respondent's response to the work environment in the good category was 75.9% and the employee's performance in the good category was 78.7%. Physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 41.5%. Keyword : Work Environment, Physical Work Environment, Employee Performance
