Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Di Corporate Human Resource Division Pt Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional di Corporate Human Resource Division PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana budaya organisasi diterapkan perusahaan tersebut dan besarnya pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasional di Coroporate Human Resource Division PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan kausal. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 41 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan di Corporate Human Resource Division PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (3,438 > 1,684) dengan tingkat signifikannya 0,0001<0,05. Berdasarkan koefesien determinasi Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 23,3% dan sisanya 76,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, budaya organisasi pada Corporate Human Resource Division PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa dalam kategori sangat baik, komitmen organisasional pada Corporate Human Resource Division PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa dalam kategori baik, dan Budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara positif terhadap komitmen organisasional. Kata kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasional, SDM Abstract This research is conducted to determine the effect of organizational culture in organizational commitment in the Corporate human resource division of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the organizational culture is applied by the company and the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture on the organizational commitment in the Corporate Human Resource Division of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa. This research uses a quantitative method with a type of descriptive and causal research. Sampling was done using saturated sampling techniques with the number of respondents as many as 41 people. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of testing the organizational culture hypothesis significant effect on employee organizational commitment in the Corporate Human Resource Division of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa. This is evidenced by the value of tcount > t table (3.438>1.684) with a significant level of 0.0001 <0.05. Based on the determination of organizational culture coefficient affect organizational commitment by 23.3% and the remaining 76.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. Conclusion of this research, the organizational culture in the Corporate Human Resource Division of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa in the category is very good, organizational commitment in the Corporate Human Resource Division of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa in good category, and organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment.
