Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kantor Badan Urusan Logistik (bulog) Divisi Regional Jawa Barat

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan manganalisis kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan budaya organisasi serta pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Badan Urusan Logistik (Bulog) Divisi Regional Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif dan kausalitas. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh karyawan di Kantor Bulog Divisi Regional Jawa Barat sebanyak 69 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menjukan bahwa varaibel kinerja karyawan masuk dalam kategori baik, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional masuk dalam kategori baik, dan budaya organisasi masuk dalam kategori baik. Hasil uji kausal variable gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan, baik secara parsisal maupun simultan terhadap Variabel kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, adalah Gaya Kepemimpinan transformasional dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Bulog Divisi Regional Jawa Barat dan masuk kedalam kategori baik, tetapi masih ada item yang perlu diperbaiki seperti kuantitas pada kinerja, intellectual stimulation pada gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan keagresifan pada budaya organisasi. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract The purpose of this research is to test and analyse employee performance, transformational leadership style, and organizational culture as well as influence of transformational leadership style and organizational culture to performance at department of logistic affairs (BULOG) regional division office of West Java. This research uses quantitative research methods with-by descriptive analysis research and causality. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling, which is all employees in the Bulog Office of Regional Division of West Java as many as 69 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analyses with the help of IBM SPSS 23 applications. The results of this study have demonstrated that the performance of the employees of the benefits of the employee in good category, transformational leadership style of efficacy in good category, and organizational culture of efficacy in good category. A variable causal test result of transformational leadership style and organizational culture has significant influence, both partial and simultaneous against employee performance variables. The conclusion of this research, is the style of transformational leadership and organizational culture affects the performance of employees of the Office of Bulog Regional division of West Java and efficacy into good category, but there are still items that need to be repaired As quantity in performance, intellectual stimulation in transformational style of leadership, and aggressiveness in organizational culture.
