Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Bagian Kilang Paraxylene Pt Pertamina (persero) Refinery Unit Iv Cilacap

Abstract

Abstrak Sumber Daya Manusia menjadi kunci dimana penggerak organisasi banyak dipengaruhi sumber daya lainnya, serta peran fungsinya sangat mendukung untuk keberhasilan organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bagian Kilang Paraxylene PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU IV Cilacap. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bagian Kilang Paraxylene PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU IV Cilacap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif-kausal. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan non-probability sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 70 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, Method of Succesive Interval (MSI), uji asumsi klasik dan analisi regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan di bagian Kilang Paraxylene PT Pertamina (Persero) RU IV Cilacap. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung (8,844) > ttabel (1,995), yang artinya H1 diterima. Berdasarkan koefisiensi determinasi didapat bahwa motivasi kerja karyawan pada PT Pertamina (Persero) RU IV Cilacap bagian Kilang Paraxylene sebesar 0,535 atau 53,5% dan sisanya 46,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract Human Resources are the key where many organizational movers are influenced by other resources, and the role of their functions is very supportive for the success of the organization. This research was carried out in the Paraxylene Refinery Section of PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU IV Cilacap. The purpose of this study was to determine the ef ect of work motivation on the performance of employees in the Paraxylene Refinery PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU IV Cilacap. This study uses a quantitative method with a type of descriptive-causal research. Sampling is done by non-probability sampling with the number of respondents as many as 70 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, Method of Successive Interval (MSI), classic assumption test and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis it can be concluded that there is a significant ef ect between work motivation and the performance of employees in the PT Pertamina (Persero) RU IV Cilacap Paraxylene Refinery section. This is evidenced by t count (8.844)> t table (1.995), which means H1 is accepted.
