Analisis Faktor-Faktor Keberhasilan Bisnis Keluarga Dalam Industri Kuliner (Studi Kasus : Kopi Warga)

Abstract

Bisnis keluarga memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, khususnya di sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil,
dan Menengah (UMKM) kuliner. Namun, bisnis ini kerap menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga keberlanjutan,
menghadapi dinamika pasar, serta merancang strategi suksesi lintas generasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendorong keberhasilan bisnis keluarga di sektor kuliner, dengan studi
kasus pada Kopi Warga di Bandung. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui
wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan analisis rantai pasok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
keberhasilan bisnis Kopi Warga didorong oleh integrasi inovasi berkelanjutan, efisiensi operasional, serta
perencanaan strategis jangka panjang. Keterlibatan generasi muda dan komunikasi terbuka antar anggota
keluarga menjadi kunci dalam menjaga keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian ini juga mengonfirmasi relevansi teori
Dynamic Capabilities dan Resource-Based View dalam konteks bisnis keluarga. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat
menjadi referensi praktis bagi pelaku UMKM kuliner dan kontribusi akademis dalam pengembangan studi
manajemen bisnis keluarga.
