Abstract

ABSTRAK PenelitianinidilakukanpadaUMKM BinaanKSUMisykatWilayahTegallegadanMohamad Toha.UMKM yangmenjadibinaanKSUMisykatdiberikanpendampinganberupakhasanah keilmuantentangberwirausahasekaligusmendalamiilmukeagamaansecaramendalam. Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmenganalisisfaktor-faktoryangmemotivasiwanitauntuk menjadiwirausahapadaUMKMBinaanKSUMisykatWilayahTegallegadanMohamadToha. Penelitianmenggunakanmetodepenelitiankuantitatif.Penelitianinimenggunakanteknik samplingpadanon-probabilitysampling.Sampeldalampenelitianiniberjumlah25respoden. Pengumpulandatadalam penelitianinidilakukandenganmelakukanpenyebarankusioner yangdisebarkankepadaseluruhrespondenyaitu,womenentrepreneuranggotaUMKM binaanMisykatJawaBaratyangberdomisilidiBandung, Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwadariduapuluhempatatributfaktoryangditeliti, skortertinggiadalahsebesar92,0%yaitupadaatributNeedforgreaterincome.Daridua puluhempatatributfaktoryangditeliti,dihasilkanempatkomponenfaktorbaruyang terbentukyaitufaktorpertamadinamakanfaktorMotivasiWirausaha.Karena,atribut-atribut yangmembentukfaktorterdiriatasToprovemytalent,HighSelf-Esteem,Managerial Qualification,Awarenessaboutvariousloanschemes,Freedom toadoptownleadership style,Familymotivation,Providejobtoothers,Governmentsubsidy,Memilikireputasiyang baikdimasyarakatdan keluarga,dan Mendapatkan ketidakadilan dalam organisasi sebelumnya.Selanjutnya,faktorkedua dinamakan faktorOrientasiProduk.Faktorini dibentukolehatributDetermination,Demandfortheproduct,SmallInvestment,Availibilityof rawmaterial,Senseofsatisfaction,danPastexperience.Faktorketigadinamakanfaktor Kemandirian.Faktorinidibentuk oleh atributDesire to be independent,Technical Qualifacation,Confidenceaboutskillandknowledge,Closertofamily,danNeedforgreater income.YangterakhiradalahfaktorImpianpersonalyangterdiridaritigaatributfaktoryaitu AnAmbitiontobecomeanentrepreneur,Familywelfare,danmemperolehkemajuandalam karirdanpromosi. Researchusesquantitativeresearchmethods.Thisstudyusessamplingtechniqueson ISSN : 2355-9357 e-Proceeding of Management : Vol.6, No.1 April 2019 | Page 868 non-probabilitysampling.Thesampleinthisstudyamountedto25respondents.Data collectioninthisstudywascarriedoutbycarryingoutaquestionnairedisseminationthat wasdistributedtoallrespondents,namely,womenentrepreneursofUMKM members assistedbyWestJavaMisykatwhoaredomiciledinBandung, Theresultsshowedthatofthetwenty-fourattributesofthefactorsstudied,thehighest scorewas92.0%,namelytheattributeNeedforgreaterincome.Ofthetwenty-fourattributes ofthefactorsstudied,fourcomponentsofthenew factorwereformed,namelythefirst factorwascalledtheEntrepreneurialMotivationfactor.Because,theattributesthatmakeup thefactorconsistofTo provemytalent,High Self-Esteem,ManagerialQualification, Awarenessaboutvariousloanschemes,Freedom toadoptownleadershipstyle,Family motivation,Providejobtoothers,Governmentsubsidy,Haveareputationthatbothinthe communityandfamily,andgettinginjusticeinthepreviousorganization.Furthermore,the secondfactoriscalledtheProductOrientationfactor.Thisfactorisformedbytheattributes ofDetermination,Demandfortheproduct,SmallInvestment,Availabilityofraw material, Senseofsatisfaction,andPastexperience.ThethirdfactoriscalledtheIndependence factor.ThisfactorisformedbytheattributesofDesiretobeindependent,Technical Qualification,Confidenceaboutskillandknowledge,Closertofamily,andNeedforgreater income.Thelatterisapersonaldream factorconsistingofthreeattributes,namelyAn Ambitiontobecomeanentrepreneur,Familywelfare,andgetprogressincareerand promotion.
