Abstrak

Abstrak Perkembangan kebutuhan, keinginan, dan permintaan pasar terus berubah-ubah sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Suatu Perusahaan atau usaha tidak akan bertahan lama apabila tidak dapat mengimbangi hal tersebut. Untuk menanggulangi hal itu, para Perusahaan atau entrepreneur diharuskan untuk selalu memiliki inovasi dalam bisnis yang dijalankannya. Yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah Technopreneur yang terdaftar di Bandung Techno Park Pada penelitian terdahulu Untuk menghasilkan suatu inovasi seorang entrepreneur dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu self-efficacy, prior knowledge, social network, dan perception about industrial environment opportunities. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh faktor tersebut terhadap individual-level innovation performance dengan menggunakan mediasi opportunity recognition pada Technopreneur yang terdaftar pada Bandung Techno Park. Data dalam penelitian ini didapat melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online kepada 50 responden Technopreneur di Bandung Techno Park. Kuesioner terdiri atas beberapa peenytaan dengan jawaban berupa 5 skala likert. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penyebaran kuesiner menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel self-efficacy, prior knowledge, social network secara signifikan mempengaruhi individual-level innovation performance dengan mediasi opportunity recognition, sedangkan untuk variabel perception about industrial environment opportunities tidak signifikan mempengaruhi individual-level innovation performance dengan mediasi Opportunity Recognition. Kata Kunci: Technopreneur, self-efficacy, prior knowledge, social network, perception about industrial environment opportunities, individual-level innovation performance. Abstract The development of market needs, wants, and demands continues to change in accordance with the times. A company or business will not last long if it cannot compensate for this. To overcome this, companies or entrepreneurs are required to always have innovation in the business they run. The object of this research is Technopreneur registered in Bandung Techno Park In previous studies, to produce an entrepreneur's innovation is influenced by several factors, namely self-efficacy, prior knowledge, social networks, and perception about industrial environment opportunities. This study aims to determine how much influence these factors have on individual-level innovation performance by using the opportunity recognition mediation in Technopreneur registered at Bandung Techno Park. The data in this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires online to 50 Technopreneur respondents in Bandung Techno Park. The questionnaire consisted of several statements with answers in the form of 5 Likert scales. This research method uses a quantitative approach. Distribution of questionnaires using non-probability sampling techniques and data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that self-efficacy, prior knowledge, and social network variables significantly influenced individual-level innovation performance with opportunity recognition mediation, whereas perception about industrial environment opportunities did not significantly influence individual-level innovation performance with Opportunity Recognition mediation.
