Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Radio Cosmo Bandung

Abstrak

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kpuasn kerja (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap produtivitas kerja karyawan (Y) pada Radio Cosmo Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mngetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Radio Cosmo Bandung secara persial dan simultan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier beerganda uji hipotesis (uji T dan uji F), koefidien determinasi (R2 ) dan pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode Teknik sampling non-probability dengan jenis sampling jenuh. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini 60 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berada di kategoti baik yaitu sebesar 77,63%, Motivasi Kerja berada pada kategori baik yaitu sebesar 79,84% dan Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan berada paada kategori baik yaitu sebesar 80,60%. Dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh signifikan Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada Radio Cosmo Bandung yaitu sebesar 82,2%. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji f bahwa kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. The purpose of this research is to generate and analyze the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation towards employee work productivity on Cosmo Bandung radio on the perky and aerotest. In this study using quantitative methods with the analysis used are descriptive analysis, the analysis of the linear regression of the hypothesis test (T test and F test), Koefidien determination (R2 ) and sampling using a method of sampling techniques non-probability with each saturated sample. The number of respondents in this study was 60 respondents. The results showed that the job satisfaction is in the good kategoti of 77, 63%, the motivation of work is in the category of good is 79, 84% and the productivity of work employees are there a good category of 80, 60%. From this research, there is a significant influence of job satisfaction and work motivation to the productivity of employee work on Cosmo Bandung Radio, which is 82, 2%. Based on the hypothesis testing using the F test that job satisfaction and work motivation are aerotest simultan significantly and significant to the employee's work productivity.
