Komentar Di Akun Instagram Garuda Revolution Terkait Dengan Hate Speech Antar Suporter Sepak Bola

Abstrak

ABSTRAK Ujaran kebencian kerap terjadi di dunia nyata maupun virtual, salah satunya ujaran kebencian yang dilakukan antar suporter sepak bola di kolom komentar media sosial Instagram. Menurut Jubany dan Roiha Cyber Hate Speech atau Ujaran kebencian siber adalah istilah untuk menjelaskan perilaku pada haters atau pembenci di dunia siber yang pada dasarnya mengacu pada pesan kebencian secara online, dimana penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk menyebarkan pesan anti terhadap suku, agama dan ras tertentu, yang bersifat fanatik, ekstrimis bahkan mengarah pada tindakan menteror individu atau kelompok lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk dan dampak ujaran kebencian yang didapatkan dari kolom komentar akun Instagram @garudarevolution sehingga diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untuk memahami bagaimana bentuk dan dampak ujaran kebencian sekaligus mengurangi ujaran kebencian yang marak dilakukan oleh para suporter di kolom komentar media sosial Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode etnografi virtual dan hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa isi komentar yang ada di kolom komentar akun Instagram @garudarevolution termasuk dalam bentuk Hate Speech, komentar yang diutarakan suporter di kolom komentar tersebut adalah berupa kata-kata yang kasar yang bersifat provokatif yang dapat memancing emosi suporter lain dan membalas dengan berkomentar kasar sehingga kolom komentar postingan akun @garudarevolution dipenuhi Hate Speech yang dilakukan antar suporter. Komentar tersebut dianalisis menggunakan dua aspek teori retorika dalam hate speech Kata Kunci Media Sosial Instagram, Hate Speech, Garuda Revolution ABSTRACT Hate speech often occurs in the real and virtual world, one of which is hate speech between football fans in the Instagram social media comment column. This study uses the virtual ethnographic method and the results of this study prove that the contents of the comments in the @garudarevolution Instagram account comments column are included in the form of Hate Speech, comments expressed by supporters in the comments column are in the form of provocative harsh words that can provoke other supporters' emotions and reply with harsh comments so that the comment column on the @garudarevolution account is filled with Hate Speechs carried out between supporters.
