Pengaruh Strategi Komunikasi Csr Dan Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration Program Pumk Terhadap Corporate Sustainability Pt. Telkom Indonesia

Abstrak

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh strategi komunikasi CSR dan kolaborasi multi-stakeholder terhadap corporate
sustainability PT Telkom Indonesia dalam konteks program PUMK. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan melalui survei
terhadap 400 responden di berbagai wilayah Indonesia. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap corporate sustainability. Indikator tertinggi pada strategi komunikasi CSR adalah
Stakeholder Involvement Strategy, sementara yang terendah adalah Stakeholder Response Strategy. Dalam kolaborasi
multi-stakeholder, indikator Engagement memperoleh skor tertinggi. Temuan merekomendasikan peningkatan sistem
umpan balik, kualitas tahap Preparation, serta integrasi aspek ekonomi dalam program PUMK. Studi ini membuka
peluang penelitian lanjutan terkait media digital, persepsi reputasi, kepercayaan, dan loyalitas stakeholder, serta
penggunaan metode kualitatif untuk eksplorasi lebih mendalam.
