Perilaku Investasi Bitcoin Sebagai Cryptocurrency Pada Generasi Z Di Jakarta

Abstrak

Penelitian ini menelaah faktor–faktor yang memengaruhi niat berinvestasi Bitcoin pada Generasi Z di Jakarta, dengan
menitikberatkan pada technology awareness, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, serta peran
moderasi government support. Kuesioner daring disebarkan melalui media sosial dan komunitas investor,
menghasilkan 385 responden berusia 18–25 tahun. Data dikumpulkan selama periode April–Mei 2025 dan diuji
validitas serta reliabilitasnya (Cronbach’s α > 0,70), kemudian dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use sebagian memediasi
pengaruh technology awareness terhadap behavioral intention investasi. Technology awareness juga secara langsung
menurunkan perceived risk, yang turut berkontribusi pada niat investasi. Sementara itu, government support hanya
memperkuat jalur perceived usefulness → behavioral intention, sedangkan efek moderasi pada jalur perceived ease of
use dan perceived risk tidak signifikan. Temuan ini memperluas Model TAM dengan mediasi dan moderasi
kontekstual, serta merekomendasikan peningkatan literasi teknologi, penyederhanaan platform, dan regulasi proaktif
untuk memperkuat kepercayaan investor muda.
