Analisis Niat Perilaku Pengguna Aplikasi Qlue Dengan Menggunakan Model Utaut Di Jakarta (studi Pada: Niat Perilaku Pengguna Aplikasi Qlue Di Jakarta)

Abstrak

Abstrak Developer aplikasi Qlue dan Pemerintah Kota Jakarta berupaya menyelesaikan masalah perkotaan dengan solusi yang kreatif melalui pemanfaatan ICT di mana hal tersebut dikenal dengan Smart City. Salah satu program pada sektor smart government yang dijalankan yaitu implementasi layanan pengaduan secara online melalui sistem aplikasi yang diberi nama Qlue. Sejauh penerapannya, aplikasi dinilai cukup efektif dalam melibatkan partisipasi publik, namun hal tersebut kontradiktif dengan banyaknya komentar negatif yang diberikan oleh para pengguna. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mencari tahu gambaran penerimaan sistem Qlue di masyarakat. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat dan perilaku penggunaan sistem tersebut dapat diidentifikasi dengan model UTAUT yang dikembangkan oleh Venkatesh et al. pada tahun 2003. Model tersebut memiliki sembilan konstruk yakni Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facillitating Condition. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat penggunaan. Terkait pengumpulan data, penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 334 responden dengan kriteria warga yang berdomisili di Kota Jakarta, yang sudah menggunakan aplikasi Qlue. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan aplikasi Qlue adalah Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy. Hal ini menunjukkan masyarakat menginginkan sistem yang dapat diandalkan dalam membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan nya dan tingkat kemudahan menggunakan aplikasi tersebut, tetapi Social Influence, Facillitating Condition yang tidak terlalu berpengaruh. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi pemahaman tentang adopsi dan perilaku penggunaan teknologi melalui model UTAUT pada konteks penelitian yang baru. Abstract The Jakarta City Government along with private application developers are trying to solve urban problems with creative solutions through ICT utilization, which is known as Smart City. Implementation of complaints services online through an application system called Qlue. Applications are considered quite effective in involving public participation, but this is contradictory to the number of negative comments given by users. Therefore, it is important to find out the picture of acceptance of the Qlue system in the community. The factors that influence the interest and behavioral intention of the system can be identified by the UTAUT model developed by Venkatesh et al. in 2003. The model has nine constructs namely Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facillitating Condition. This study uses the Equation Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method for to analyze the influence of the level of use. Regarding data collection, this study used a questionnaire distributed to 300 respondents with the criteria of residents residing in the city of Jakarta, who had used the Qlue application. The results showed that the most influential factor in interest in using the Qlue application was Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy. This shows that the public wants a system that can be relied upon to help solve their problems and the ease of use of the application, but Social Influence, Facilitating Condition that is not too influential For the next researcher, the results of this study are expected to provide an understanding of the adoption and use of technology through the UTAUT model in the context of the new research.
