Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • The text meets the formatting requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines of the Telkatika: Jurnal Telekomunikasi Elektro Komputasi & Informatika
  • The manuscript does not contain plagiarism, falsification and/or fabrication of data.
  • Title Page (Title, Author' Name, and Affiliation)

Author Guidelines

Telkatika: Journal of Telecommunications, Electrocomputation, & Informatics, published 2 (two) times a year, namely June and December. Authors must have an account in Open Journal Systems (OJS) to submit article manuscripts. If the author has registered before, the author can directly login to:

Telkatika accepts journal articles by considering: novelty, originality and scientific contribution. The focus and scope of research in Telkatika includes:

The author can submit the manuscript once it is ready. Before submitting, make sure that the article manuscript is prepared using the Telkatika Journal (bit.ly/Telkatika) template for the format and writing style. Use reference management tools like Mendeley for reference management with IEEE style options. This will speed up the processing and publication of articles. The article manuscript is written in essay format (without bullets or numbering); arranged in several parts:

-Introduction

- Theoretical Studies

-Method

- Results and Discussion

-Conclusion

Articles submitted must have gone through the similarity checker process, similarity checker results (Ithenticate / Turnitin) must show less than 10% and if they do not meet then the article will be returned. In the similarity checking process, please remove all authors and their personal identification (such as email address, ORCID ID, etc.), header&footer and bibliography before checking plagiarism scores. The editor accepts article manuscripts in softcopy form with Microsoft Word format (doc/docx)
