IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM MESH NETWORKING DENGAN METODE PERUTEAN UNTUK OPTIMASI HEALTHCARE IOT

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem Mesh Networking untuk meningkatkan efisiensi aplikasi Internet of Things (IoT) di bidang kesehatan, khususnya dalam pengelolaan data citra endoskopi. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat adalah kebutuhan akan mekanisme pengiriman data yang efisien dan cara menghindari tabrakan data dalam jaringan. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan pendekatan compressive sensing untuk kompresi data, di mana setiap node dijadwalkan untuk mengirimkan data secara teratur tanpa terjadi tabrakan. Data citra dari kamera endoskop diteruskan ke Raspberry Pi Gateway sebelum dikirim ke Data Streaming agar dapat diakses secara waktu nyata (real-time). Metodologi penelitian mencakup studi literatur, pengumpulan dan perutean data, hingga implementasi serta pengujian sistem di fasilitas kesehatan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mengurangi beban jaringan, meningkatkan kecepatan akses data, dan membantu tenaga medis mengidentifikasi kelainan pada citra tenggorokan secara efisien. Keberhasilan sistem diukur berdasarkan dua parameter: berkurangnya tabrakan data antar node dan ketepatan data yang dikirim ke Data Streaming. Dengan demikian, sistem ini memiliki potensi besar menjadi solusi praktis yang mempercepat proses diagnosis dan pemantauan kesehatan secara real-time
