Research Article DESAIN TROLL GAME UNTUK STIMULASI PERUBAHAN BRAINWAVE PADA KEGIATAN OBSERVASI STIMULASI AUDIO ENHANCED ALPHA

Gangguan kecemasan menjadi isu besar kesehatan mental global. Penelitian ini mengembangkan permainan berbasis web bernama Turtle Trouble yang dirancang untuk memicu transisi emosi dari kondisi nyaman menjadi tidak nyaman, serta memantau perubahan aktivitas gelombang otak menggunakan EEG Muse 2 secara real-time. Responden berusia 18–23 tahun memainkan permainan ini dalam lima level dengan tingkat kesulitan bertahap. Pemantauan dilakukan terhadap gelombang alpha (8–12 Hz), beta (12–30 Hz), dan gamma (>30 Hz). Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kemunculan frekuensi tinggi seiring naiknya level permainan: 5 kali pada Level 1, 6,5 kali pada Level 2, dan 9,5 kali pada Level 3. Gelombang beta dan gamma mendominasi selama permainan, sedangkan gelombang alpha meningkat setelah pemberian stimulus audio Enhanced Alpha. Skor subjektif ketidaknyamanan rata-rata adalah 4,41 pada skala 1–5. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Turtle Trouble dapat menjadi media efektif untuk penelitian neuropsikologi, serta memiliki potensi sebagai prototipe terapi ringan dan pelatihan pengendalian emosi.
